Custom shape stickers are made of vinyl, a resistant material that sticks to smooth surfaces like display windows, counters, windows and many more. You can choose outdoor vinyl that lasts longer and adapts to any weather. Custom shape vinyl stickers have mat laminate makes them extra resistant and you can add a white border to them.

Choose the cut you prefer

We'll do the exact cut to adapt to any shape. Remember that the design must be one single piece. Choose between the full cut (die-cut) or the semi-cut (kiss-cut) on a standard shape adhesive base in order to peal it off more easily.

Prepare your design

For orders of custom shape stickers with full cut (die cut), you must take the following into account:

  • It is important to upload a picture (.jpeg or .png) with optimal resolution for the sticker size you want to print.
  • If your design has sharp edges, we recommend adding a curved white background that sticks out of the area with the sharp edges before uploading the design to our online tool. This background must have a radius of at least 1.5 mm.
  • Regardless of the above, by default, the online tool will add a border to your design. To delete it and use the border you added to your picture, click on the “Add a border” button and it will deactivate.
  • Your design cannot have separate graphic elements (what is known as “islands”). If the tool detects an image with “islands,” it will display a warning and it will not allow you to continue creating.
