We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock". On occasion, we may not have the item you have ordered in stock. We apologise beforehand for any inconvenience out-of-stock items may cause, and always try our very best to fulfill your order.
In the unlikely event that one item in your order is out of stock, and there is not a suitable alternative, we will inform you by email and a refund for that item will be issued to your original payment method

If we have a multiple order and one product line is missing (and can not be changed for another), we produce the product lines we have and we will refund the money for the product we do not have.
