Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Yes! You can change the address as long as the product has not left our factory. We make no changes to the delivery address once the product has left for delivery.

Is it possible to request a sample of a product?

At Camaloon, we offer our customers the option to request a sample of a specific product, as long as the product does not have a minimum order quantity, so that before placing large orders, they can have an idea of what it would look like, and adjust if necessary. How can I create a user account?

To create a Camaloon account, all you need to do is have an email address and create a password. Having a user account has many advantages, you can save your images so that you do not lose them when you place an order. Saving your designs ensures that you can reuse them to place new orders, similar to your previous orders or completely different, by applying your design to other promotional items.

How long does it take to place an order?

The average time between placing your order and receiving your goodies is approximately 72 hours. The production time depends on the selected item, the associated printing technique and the quantity ordered. Production time may also vary depending on the different items you have in your cart and your shipping address.
